10|06 - Coffee Porter - Kamwangi AB
Porter - Coffee
Brew By Numbers
Using Kenyan origin coffee Kamwangi AB (washed process, SL28 & SL34 varieties) from Workshop Coffee roastery, this coffee porter finds funky blueberry, lemon-like acidity and deep, woody tobacco notes among the silky malt body.
Pale Ale - International
Easy drinking pale ale brewed with quince which was added at the end of the boil and in whirlpool. Special beer when we speak about (special) fruit addition.
IPA - White
Albino is a WIPA. Why? Well, because we believe in hops, but also we like to get into new fields. Now, we're in fields of wheat which gave us an "hybrid" IPA, perfectly balanced with fruity aromas of American and Slovenian hopse, hints of tangerine and orange peel flavour.
We like raspberry. Also we like Hefeweizen. Two lovely aromas found their place in this beer. Traditional hefeweizen with it's aromas of clove and banana upgraded with raspberry pure. We've searched for balance between sugars and acidity. Have we founded it?
Ayahuasca Jungle Ale
IPA - Brown
Ayahuasca is a special plant. Ayahuasca Jungle ale is special IPA brewed & loaded with aromatic hops, juniper and orange peel. Funky, funky, funky!

Smooth, silky and a little bit astrigent, Plutonium will make your senses radioactive!

12th of Never Ale
Pale Ale - American
Lagunitas Brewing Company
The magical, mystical 12th of Never is a blend of Old and New School hops that play bright citrus, rich coconut, and papaya-esque flavors, all on a solid stage of English puffed wheat. Tropically hoppy. Light, yet full-bodied. Bright and citrusy. The 12th of Never Ale is everything we’ve learned about making hop-forward beer expressed in a moderate voice. Pale, cold, slightly alcoholic and bitter. It’s all we know.
Chimay Red / Rouge / Rood (Première)
Bières de Chimay
First sold in 75 cl (25.4 fl.oz.) bottles, it is noted for its copper color and as the first beer brewed by the monks of Chimay in 1862. Topped with a creamy head, it gives off a light, fruity apricot aroma produced by the fermentation. The taste perceived in the mouth is a balance confirming the fruity nuances noticed in the fragrance. Its taste, which imparts a silky sensation to the tongue, is made refreshing by a light touch of bitterness. To the palate, the taster perceives a pleasant astringency which complements the flavor qualities of this beer very harmoniously. This top-fermented Trappist beer, re fermented in the bottle, is not pasteurized.
Lager - North American Adjunct
Mexico City, Distrito Federal
Outside Mexico, Corona is often served with a wedge of citrus fruit - usually lime, occasionally lemon - inserted into the neck of the bottle. Within Mexico, especially in the south, Corona served with lime is not uncommon, but is not considered mandatory. Includes Coronita, Coronita Extra, Corona Mega and Corona Familiar. If you are having either a Michelada or a Corona-rita, please do not create a unique new beer since beer cocktails are not allowed.
Red Ale - American Amber / Red
San Diego, CA
Our Amber ale is a wonderful compromise between the light and refreshing, and dark and full-flavored beers available today. Our Amber is clean, and like our Blonde ale, exhibits a crisp, lager-like character. The firm bitterness is balanced by the sweet, caramel and nutty malt character provided by the generous use of Munich, Vienna, and Pilsner malts.
