Cruel Hand is a hardcore band from Portland, Maine drawing influences from the Cro-Mags, early Metallica and Madball. Their debut album, Without a Pulse, was released in 2007 on 6131 Records. They played shows around the U.S. with Trash Talk, The Mongoloids and more, hitting the United States three times and undertaking a full European tour. Next they signed to Bridge 9 Records and in 2008 released the Prying Eyes CD/LP, described on the Bridge 9 web site as “one of the hardest records of 2008, just as full of catchy metallic riffage as it is mosh parts.” Upcoming full-length Lock & Key available July 27, 2010.

Miles Away (AUS) has recording their new album "Endless Roads" with producer Dean Baltulonis (Sick Of It All, American Nightmare, No Warning, Modern Life is War) at The Wild Arctic Recording Studio. The album will be released August 20 through Resist Records and Anchors Aweigh Records (EU).

The Setup (B). After enduring a very demanding 2008 with personal loss and half of their line-up changed, the crawl & reign ep proved The Setup was more alive than ever. Verder hebben de heren de support gedaan van verschillende internationale bands, waaronder Jaya The Cat en Sayowa. De sound van het gezelschap is rauw, in-your-face powerrock met catchy hooks. Chapter7 is geïnspireerd door bands als Stone Sour, Black Stone Cherry, Three Days Grays en Puddle Of Mudd.

T.C.F. = thrashcorefanatics!, a furious fast thrash/crossover band featuring long time friends Rob Slaughter (INCREMENTAL) and Hans Hostile (ENFORCER) since 10 years. The Swedish metal band Avatar is now up to date with their third and self titled album. They have developed a new more mature and melodic sound on this album, mixed by Tobias Lindell (Europe, Mustasch). Avatar released their debut album Thoughts of no tomorrow in 2006 when they were just eighteen years old. The debut album was released in Europe and entered top three on the metal album chart back home in Sweden. The second album Schlacht was released in 2007 and the big break came the same year when Avatar was picked by In Flames to support them on their sold out Scandinavian tour. Since then they have also supported Megadeth, Stone Sour and Obituary. Avatar will now tour together with Hardcore Superstar on their upcoming European tour. This album is for sure one of the most interesting metal releases this fall.

Incubate: Heavy Metal bowling. Bowling, whilst listening to heavy metal and drinking beer at the same time: Heavy Metal Bowling, this year on Thursday September 16th. A combination of the best of these three amazing worlds. To keep the entertainment value and the musical value high, DJ Patchman Spandex Marco will take place behind the turntables. Dustineyes (IT) are four alcohol fueled, Rock ‘n’ Roll maniacs who play louder as they can: call their music Hard Rock, call it Punk, call it Heavy Metal. Started in the end of ‘90 as a horror punk trio named Split, in 2000 they got their first deal with InsideOut Records and they release the first full lenght album “Rebel Moster”. On 2008 they released worldwide the second album “Next Stop Hell” via Sliptrick Records from New York -U.S.A.- and they toured all over Italy and Europe sharing the stage with bands like L.A. Guns, Hardcore Superstar, Pretty Boy Floyd, Tuff, Crystal Pistol, Necrodeath and many more... D.I.E. are now working on their third new album.

Marios Metal Meeting, die dit jaar op zondag 3 oktober plaats zou vinden in de Kleine Zaal van 013, is verplaatst naar cafe Little Devil! Gekochte 013 kaarten blijven uiteraard geldig.

Picture wordt ook wel omschreven als Nederlands eerste heavy metalband. Na jaren van afwezigheid zijn de heren enkele jaren geleden weer nieuw leven ingeblazen en de live besprekingen van deze metalmannen liegen er niet om! Picture heeft ook in het buitenland een absolute cultstatus en met klassiekers als ‘Heavy Metal Ears’, ‘Diamond Dreamer’, ‘Bombers’ en ‘Eternal Dark’ (ooit gecoverd door Hammerfall). Als je van Old School Metal houdt dan mag je deze band niet missen!

Gunslinger is de band van ex-Hawkwind bassist Alan Davey, en nadat hij in 2006 Hawkwind (na ruim 20 jaar!) verliet besloot, hij Gunslinger weer op te pakken. Muzikaal doet Alan Davey exact hetzelfde als Lemmy deed nadat hij Hawkwind verliet; snoeiharde rock ’n roll maken a la Overkill en Bomber.

Martyr is ook een band uit de oude stal. Gedurende de vijf jaar dat Martyr alive and kicking was (1982-1987), heeft de band twee albums uitgebracht welke tegenwoordig worden beschouwd als Cult Classic Metal albums. Martyr verdween in 1987, maar kwam weer bij elkaar in 2001 om op te treden op diverse festivals. In Februari 2009 is het eerste nieuwe MARTYR album, sinds bijna 25 jaar, uitgebracht.

Mother of Sin is een melodieuze heavy metal band, geformeerd rondom ex-Elegy/Prime Time zanger/gitarist Eduard Hovinga en ex-Vengeance drummer Gerry de Graaf. De band wordt vergeleken met bands als Masterplan, TNT en Symphony X.

The band that has had an unquestionable part in the history of Punk and as such became the godfathers of the Street Punk scene. The greatest assets of SHAM 69 has been its songs and the fact that the songs have always dominated the scene above and beyond. This current line up featuring Dave Parsons who was the main songwriter along with SHAM 69 and longest serving Drummer Ian Whitewood have proved to be the sincerest yet. The band now fronted by Tim V a Cockney Geezer who hails from the Eastend of London have been touring most of the world in order to bring its power to the fans young and old. So as the band marchs on you to can be a part of this incredible adventure.
